credit report, your Mortgage Specialist will customize a loan amount which
is tailored to your specific situation. |

Your Mortgage Specialist will request
financial documents (see
our checklist), set an appointment for an appraiser
to assess the value of your home, and even do all the necessary paperwork
for you. |

With your application now complete, your
Mortgage Specialist will notify you when your loan is approved and your loan
papers are ready to be signed. You'll receive your funds
approximately one week after signing. |
